It was only a matter of weeks until the big day, Sonia’s big sister Jess was getting married. To prepare for the wedding Sonia made sure she was fit to be the maid of honor. Not just fit physically, as she already mastered that portion. Her adorable charm, and comfort with herself was a real eye turner.

No the real reason why she took these daily walks was to mentally prepare herself. Sonia never really enjoyed giving speeches, and her sister expected a big one. Not a big one in terms of her size, but a speech that was not a plagiarized love song. Also she had to resist growing, though it made her feel so much better.

Sonia would be the first one to admit she had a problem, but it was a good problem! There was really nothing wrong with growing, she just had to be super careful of where she was walking. Thankfully giantess friendly sidewalks have been put in, courtesy of her friend Megan who snuck them in one day.

But Jess and James’ wedding was going to be on a beach. Where Sonia couldn’t grow otherwise she would slip into the ocean. It had happened before, and those thoughts plagued her mind. She could not ruin Jess’s big day with a titanic slip up.

“I mean there will be goddesses present… Sonia muttered to herself, her eyes cast downward, “But divinity could only do so much…”

Distracted by her thoughts, Sonia failed to notice her fellow pedestrians until she collided with one, knocking herself onto her backside. Thankfully, the woman she’d bumped into seemed unaffected by the collision. “Are you ok?” the woman asked after extending her hand toward Sonia.

Sonia smiled and took hold of the offered hand, “Totally fine!” She said with a giggle, “Not the first time I was knocked down on my bum. Thankfully nothing was broken because of this fall.”

The woman smiled and pulled Sonia to her feet. “That’s a relief” she said, returning Sonia’s giggle with one of her own. “Amy always tells me not to daydream in the street. I just get in people’s way. I’m sorry for getting in your’s.”

Sonia smiled, “My sister tells me the same thing too!” Sonia’s eyes went wide as she watched a red-headed individual in the distance walk through traffic. Miraculously no car seemed to hit the woman as she covered her mouth. Even though she was quite the distance away, Sonia could hear the sneeze clear as day.

Suddenly, a bright flash of light forced Sonia and the woman to shut their eyes. A second later, a powerful shock surged it’s way through Sonia’s body, quickly traveling up her arm and into the woman’s body. The light vanished as quickly as it appeared and Sonia dropped to her knees as the other woman topple over.

“Wow….” Sonia gasped, clutching her racing heart. “What the heck was that?!” When she saw the other woman wasn’t moving, Sonia hurried to her side. “Hey! Hey are you ok?!”

It took the woman a few moments, but eventually she let out a low groan and sat up. “Did I just get struck by lightning or something?” she asked herself as her head started to sway back and forth.

Acting fast, Sonia snapped her fingers in front of the woman’s face. “Are you hurt?” she asked. “Do you think you need a hospital? What’s your name?”

The girl shook her head, “No, I don’t think so and it’s Morgan” she said before giving her head a good shake, dispelling most of her dizziness in an instant. “Just a little lightheaded…”

Sonia let out a sigh. “That’s a relief” she said before helping Morgan to her feet. “Glad to know you’re not hurt Morgan.”

Morgan gave the side of her head a quick thump. “Thanks… uhh…”

“It’s Sonia” Sonia said with a smile. “Sonia Enders, yes the same one as the model for Northern Forest and some other…” Her cheeks flushed, “Companies…” She muttered recalling her earlier days as a model.

Morgan tilted her head a little. “Never heard of it” she said while scratching her hair.

Sonia cocked her head in return, it was a rare thing to meet someone who didn’t at least recognize her name. Pursing her lips she shrugged, “Oh? Well okay then!” She said flashing her a smile. “Sorry for bumping into you again!”

Now it was Morgan’s turn to shrug. “Forget about it” she said. “I know I have.” Morgan reached into her pocket and pulled out her phone, her eyes widening when she saw the time. “Well Sonia, it was nice meeting you but I have to catch the train back home in about thirty minutes.”

“Nice meeting you too Morgan” Sonia giggled as she watched Morgan turn to leave.

Morgan gave Sonia a quick wave and a smile before making her way down the street. “Bye” she called out.

As Morgan started to leave, Sonia glanced down toward the ground. “That was quite the peculiar light. I wonder if Mamma knows what could have caused it?” she muttered to herself. “Or Jess… Megan maybe?”

Rubbing the back of her neck, Sonia glanced over her shoulder. Her jaw went slack as she wtinessed a most peculiar sight. For some reason Morgan was growing!

Morgan continued to stroll down the street without a care in the world. She gazed upward toward the beautiful clear sky and smiled when she spotted a cloud shaped like a cat. “That’s cute” she giggled before returning her gaze to the street, she didn’t want to knock over anyone else today. That’s when she noticed something strange. Everyone of her fellow pedestrians looked… Short. This normally wasn’t too unusual for Morgan, she stood at six feet and one inch tall, an impressive height for a woman. However, the fact that not a single person on the crowded street even passed her shoulders was a little odd to her.

Shrugging it off, Morgan spotted the train station in the distance. Eager to get home, she picked up the pace, going from a casual stroll to a mild jog.

“Hey! Wait up!” Sonia called after the growing Morgan, her own size matching the other. Random citizens quickly leapt out of the way of the two growing giantesses. “Morgan! You really need to slow down!”

Unfortunately, despite now standing at an impressive nine feet tall, it seemed Morgan was too focused on the train station ahead to hear Sonia’s voice. In fact, it wasn’t until she reached the line to purchase her ticket did Morgan even suspect something was wrong. “There are a lot of dwarfs getting on the train today” she thought while looking down at the line of people gawking up at her still growing body. “Have they never seen a tall girl before?”

A gasping Sonia soon found her way through the ever thickening crowd. “Scuse me, pardon me…” She muttered with a gentle nudge here and there. A soft thud resounded through the station as Sonia smacked her head against the ceiling. “Ouchies…”

Grabbing hold of Morgan’s wrist, Sonia pulled Morgan from the station. “Oh, hello again Sonia” Morgan giggled, completely oblivious to both her and Sonia’s still increasing stature. “Did you need to ride the train too?”

Sonia’s eye twitched, “Morgan… do you not see what is happening?” She asked her growing companion, “I mean… look around.” Sonia said gesturing to the dwindling ground beneath them. “That bus is literally the size of a loaf of bread to us.”

Morgan raised an eyebrow as she glanced down. “What are you talking a-” Morgan’s jaw dropped the second she noticed the large crowd of people looking no bigger than a bunch of Skittles backing away from her still expanding body. After pushing her mouth closed, Morgan returned her gaze to her equally large companion. “Are we…?” was all she could mutter out.

“Yes Morgan,” Sonia said placing a hand on Morgan’s shoulder, “We are indeed growing.” She glanced down at her ever-growing shoes and legs. “And the worst part of it, I can’t seem to stop my growth this time around. Normally I am in control of it.”

Much to Sonia’s surprise and confusion, a big smile appeared on Morgan’s face. “Awesome!” she cheered, her face looking like it was about to explode with joy. “It’s been so long since I got to be big! Not since that day in the woods! I missed it!”

Sonia’s surprise was soon replaced with a smile of her own. “So you enjoy growing too?” She asked with a laugh, “That is so awesome to hear! I thought you were going to completely lose it!”

“Are you kidding?” Morgan asked before glancing down toward the now ant-sized looking people. “I love being big! I almost never get to though. It seems to happen to my big sis a lot more.” Morgan crossed her arms. “Which is a real shame since she doesn’t seem to like it no matter who it happens too.” Morgan let out a little giggle. “She’d be giving me an earful right now if she were here.”

Returning the giggle, Sonia clapped merrily. “So would my sis! She hates growing too! But I am just in love with it, it feels so good!” Glancing around Sonia gestured to the distant shore, “Care to go for a walk? I love seeing the curvature of the Earth from so high up.”

“That sounds like a blast!” Morgan cheered as both she and Sonia started to match the size of the tallest buildings in the city. “I’ve never been big on the beach before.” Morgan glanced down toward the panicking people fleeing from her. “Plus, we probably shouldn’t stand around here for too much longer. Amy will be furious if I knock over a skyscraper… Or any building for that matter.”

----

“Oh you have to be kidding me…” Jess muttered to herself as she stood on the perimeter of the craterous footprints of Sonia. “I thought I told her to stop growing so large in public! She is going to knock over a building again someday…” She groaned as she ran a hand through her hair. Violet eyes soon came to rest on another pair of footprints, these ones just as large as Sonia’s. “Who the heck did she drag into her shenanigans?”

Jess’ eyes were drawn to the large crowd of people snapping pictures of one of her oversized sister’s footprints. Not a single jaw had been left undropped, except for one. A woman with a long brown ponytail stood at the front of the gathering and, like everyone else, stared into the converse shaped crater. However, unlike everybody else, she didn’t look shocked at all. In fact, one would even say she seemed… Frustrated?

“Kip I swear to god…” the woman grumbled under her breath. “Can you not go one month without pranking me or my sister? You’re going to give me an aneurysm.”

Curiosity getting the best of her, Jess found herself stepping beside the other woman. “I get the feeling you may seen this before…” She muttered with a nod towards the craters.

“You might say that…” the woman grumbled while rubbing her brow. “Let’s just say there’s a certain prankster who is so going to get punched next time I visit Leo.” The woman let out a defeated sigh as she slouched forward, her arms dangling uselessly at her sides.

A look of genuine confusion flashed across Jess’ features. “A prankster caused this?” Jess stroked her chin in thought. “I know my sister can be a prankster, but she has never affected anyone like this before. The only person I know who can do that is the daughter to one of my mom’s friends.”

“Don’t tell me you’re a part of that crazy family too?” the woman grumbled. “What, are you Kip’s older sister or something?”

“Who is Kip?” Jess asked, “My family is a bit crazy but we don’t have a Kip in it.” With her thumb Jess gestured to the footprints, “My sister can grow like that for fun.”

“For fun?” the woman parroted with a raised eyebrow. “There’s nothing fun about it. Especially when you happen to still be inside your own house. I can’t begin to count the number of times I’ve found myself stuck inside a building because I ate a cookie or drank some soda or put on a pair of shoes. I don’t know how she does it, but Kip seems to be able to boobytrap everything in-.” Realizing she was beginning to ramble, the woman quickly cut herself off. “Anyway… You mentioned your sister. You think this is her doing?”

“Holy moley… all that has happened to you?”, Jess asked in disbelief, “That is insane. I don’t know who this Kip is, but I am sorry she has put you through all that.” She said rubbing the back of her neck, “I don’t know if Sonia caused this, like I said I only know of Hailey who can cause people to grow.” With a shrug of her shoulders Jess began to follow the footsteps, “Only way to get our answer is to follow the breadcrumbs.” Jess said as she offered the girl her hand, “Names Jess by the way.”

“Amy” the girl replied before taking Jess’ hand. “And good idea. I need to make sure whether or not my little sister Morgan is involved. If not, then maybe for once Kip didn’t prank us. That’d be a first...”

----

“Look Morgan, you can see the curvature of the Earth!” Sonia squealed in delight as the two giantesses came to rest at the beach. “Be careful not to step in the water too much Morgan, it may be barely a puddle to us but it can cause some serious damage to shore.” She warned, as she stopped Morgan from leaping into the cerulean sea.

“Wow…” was all the stunned Morgan could gasp as she surveyed the distant skies. “It’s even prettier from this angle. I’m so jealous Sonia.”

Sonia nodded in agreement, “Isn’t it?! I don’t get how my sister hates this size so much! You can see so many splendid wonders!”

“My sister is the same” Morgan explained after letting out a disappointed sigh. “She gets to be big so many times and all she ever does is hide and get mad…”

“Same with Jess! I mean I get it if Jess grew during her wedding, but she wasn’t even close to doing that.” Sonia laughed as she threw an arm around Morgan, “C’mon, let’s get a picture of this moment. New size buddies!”

“Size buddies for life!” Morgan cheered, only for her joy to be immediately crushed by a familiar voice.

“I knew it!” Amy roared, her voice reaching Morgan’s ears despite her colossal size. “I knew you were involved in this somehow!”

As a nervous sweat started to roll down Morgan’s face, she slowly turned around and dropped her gaze toward the ground. Immediately, her eyes fell upon her older sister, who was glaring back up at her with eyes filled to the brim with rage. “H-hey sis” she whimpered. “Nice to see you.”

“Don’t pretend that you’re not gigantic!” Amy snapped, startling the gargantuan Morgan so much she nearly fell over. “What the hell happened to you?!?”

Meanwhile Jess just stared up at her sister in disbelief. This was not the first time that she had been caught at such an enormous size, nor would it be the last. The two sister’s remained locked in a staring contest, Jess looking very much irritated.

“Well…” Sonia began, as she flicked her gaze away from Jess. “You see… we just kind of started growing…” She giggled nervously, “And we haven’t stopped, as you can probably tell...:”

“Morgan, I insist you stop growing right now!” Amy demanded while waving her finger at her supersized sister. “This is completely ridiculous!”

“I don’t know how…” Morgan whimpered as she hid behind her new best friend. “I don’t even know how I started growing in the first place. I didn’t even eat or drink anything from Kip today...”

Amy let out a sigh. “Well… Pretty sure she isn’t behind this anyway” she grumbled. “If she was, she would have shown up to show off her smug little smile again…”

“So if this Kip person didn’t do it…” Jess muttered to herself, “And Sonia can’t grow someone on her own, who could have done it?”

Sonia simply shrugged her titanic shoulders, easily parting the clouds that brushed against her. “No clue, sissy! All I know is that we are kind of stuck right now.”

“Well, get unstuck right now!” Amy growled. “I can’t have my little sister blocking out the sun for the whole country!”

At that precise moment, as if predetermined by destiny, the redhead from earlier waltzed alongside the road. Pausing for a moment the woman tilted her head back, and let out the softest of sneezes. Despite the sneeze being so quiet, it was as if time and space was being ripped apart as an invisible shockwave of power shot out from her, scattering a dust storm of sand across everything within a mile.

“Another sneezy, that’s two in one day! How rare!” She giggled before continuing on her journey.

A few moments later, as reality quickly repaired itself, Morgan found herself standing in an enormous crater. Confused, she took a moment to survey her surroundings. “Amy?” she called out. “Sonia? Anyone?!”

“Morgan!” Sonia called back from within another similar shaped crater, her voice just barely reaching Morgan’s ears.

“Sonia! Where are you?!” Morgan shouted as she hurried in the direction of Sonia’s voice. It took her a few moments to reach the large, uphill climb to freedom. Using all of her strength, Morgan scampered up the crater’s side and freed herself in a matter of moments. “Sonia are you-” Morgan quickly cut herself short when she glanced back towards the crater and noticed it’s ‘odd’ shape and another equally large crater beside it. “Wow…” she gasped, in awe at the sheer size of the dual foot-shaped craters before her.

“Hey Morgan!” Sonia called as she also crawled her way out of her footprints, “Talk about an awe-inspiring sight!” She laughed as she came to stand beside her new friend, “Not a bad size if you ask me.” Sonia grinned as she patted Morgan on the back.

Morgan’s smile quickly vanished when she surveyed her surroundings and failed to spot Amy anywhere. “Hey Sonia, I wonder where our sisters went?” she asked.

“They may gotten buried in the sand a bit” Sonia pondered. “That was quite some wind. They might have even got blown away.”

“They can’t be too far” Morgan assured, her voice brimming with confidence. “Together, I bet we’ll find them in no time.” After giving each other joyful smiles, the two new best friends began their search by hurrying down the beach.

However, had they bothered to look down, they could have saved themselves hours of looking…

“Fantastic…” the barely two inch tall Amy growled as she violently paced back and forth. “Fan-fricking-tastic! Of course this happens! I mean, why wouldn’t it?!”

Jess sighed as she pulled out her cellphone, “Let me give my husband a call. Somedays Sonia can’t even find herself out of a wet paper bag.” Flipping through her contacts list, Jess came across James’ number. “We will just need to hang tight for a bit, he should be almost done with work…” Jess grumbled as she watched her sister try in vain to locate her. “My money's on James getting here before Sonia realizes where we are.”
